Title: new highway code rules .....

I was following this lot the other day.... they were all over the place, i daren't take my eyes off them ....
took me an hour and a half to get past them!!

Honestly how dangerous not one of them is wearing a cycle hat. Oh sorry am I the only one who got that far up the photo?

well, yes, only After PC motorcycle Plod informed me there was a 3 mile tailback ....  ;D
