I'm giving some serious thought to it. My main concern is that the membership ranges from techno-geek to techno-phobe with all colours between. There was quite a lot of initial resistance to the forum change, so it needs to be thought out carefully. Its alos a fir amount of work for me which I dont object to, I just need to be sure its workwhile.

Hi steve,

I wasn't meaning to get a blog running, just that I'll be following closely how he does it!  ie. get a roadbike to be a competetive race bike without spending an absolute fortune and using mostly standard parts...

The supermono guys are a bit in contrast to us in that posts can be a bit few and far between, but I think thats prolly the difference between a (competetive) race series and a motorbike club.

If you're interested, John Goode has made some interesting points on their forum about a "road class" for the supermonno cahmpionship.
