Basically rubbish! Got rid of all the oil right enough, but apparently it wont shift muck!
Cleaned off the oil and grease so well all the bearings jammed and had to be released with WD40, but crud was left all over the place. Still didn't cost me anything and it has made things better to handle.
Now everything is de-greased I've had a closer look and when the cam tensioner slipper blades snapped I think the cam jumped a tooth with the result of the inlet valves being bent :-(
