Two Royal Enfield stars
« on: July 27, 2024, 06:44:14 AM »
I was out for a ride yesterday with my mate when I got that skating on ice feeling that comes with a rear wheel puncture. Luckily I have Royal Enfield Roadside Assistance which came with my 350. I rang the service and they were great, fortunately my mate had the What3words app as we were on a little lane out in Derbyshire. They sent a recovery van which arrived within an hour and took me to Smalley Cross Motorcycles where I bought the bike from. They put a new tube in which took only 30 minutes and I was on my way again.

Fabulous service from both organisations.

Good news. I've had to be recovered more times than I would like recently - I use Britannia who are great but I also have a breakdown service bundled with my insurance which I haven't tried yet.......

My days of repairing punctures by the roadside are long gone.
