The bike is my brothers. I need to get him to join us on here. I'm pretty certain, in conversation we've had that a) he would like to show it and b) it will definitely be ready.

Hi I believe my big bro (propeller) has volunteered my xbr500 cafe racer for the thumper club stand at the Stafford show?  I would be glad to bring it down and show it I would just need to be given the all clear from who ever it is at the club that makes the decision. The bike is all but done and will defo be finished by the time the show comes round. It has been done to a good standard so would hopefully draw a few admiring glances for the stand. Hi all thumper clubbers. Still not heard anything from you fellows about the stafford classic show, was just wondering if you wud like me to bring my xbr caf racer down and pop it on your stand, which i will gladdy do if req. If someone out there kud let me know either way just so I know wot to organise for that w/end.  Cheers  moto63

I did email on the 28th August re: the show, see below. Definitely would like to have your bike on the stand, the tickets should arrive a couple of weeks before the show so could you pm me you address and I will get them off to you once I receive them.

Hi,

We would very much like to have your bike on the stand. I haven't received the tickets and final details yet but will let you know as soon as they turn up.

We normally arrive midday Friday to set the stand up albeit there isn't much to do! Bikes need to be on the stand Friday or Saturday morning before 09:00. When do you think you will be arriving and will you be camping on site?

Sorry for not getting back sooner, I have been away on my honeymoon!

All's good for the show, tickets should be here later this week and I can get them sent out soon after. Please could the individuals concerned pm me their address.

One slight hiccup is that I now have to ask my WIFE whether I am allowed to go, but I don't think she will mind!
