kilmarnock run
« on: March 27, 2019, 02:29:10 PM »
14th of April I am off to Kilmarnock via an overnight in  Dumfries, I am entered for the VMCC`Pipsqueak Run` on my 90cc yamaha v90, the run starts off somewhere in Kilmarnock (I think) probably a supermarket car park or similar  and covers about 40 miles, plus my 120 there and back from Dumfries it should be a good day out, I will have to carry fuel as the v90 tank doesn`t quite hold a gallon and when ridden vigorously (most of the time) it only gets about 80 mpg    :)

It was a great ride out, I went from Durham to Dumfries via A68 and Hadrians Wall/Brampton, stayed the night then carried on next morning, did the run then back from Kilmarnock to Dumfries for another overnight at my daughters then home next day.  great fun
