i,ve spent most of the winter stripping bike down repainted frame and wheels , engine had a complete stripdown , new oil pump ,5th gear rebored to a 620cc new gaskets opened up inlet ports and exhaust ports, tank and bodywork still to paint fitted a 916 seat unit on. got a couple of tail pipes off ebay and halfed them in size to make them stubby they will come out just under footpegs its cost a bloody fortune but these bikes are so easy to work on can't wait to get it up and running . must thank Kev top mechanic without him naff all would get done he knows his way around an engine and electrics
