Directions arrived this morning. 10 miles brom Betws y Coed, woodland site, Richard
Hi, just been talking to GC reference the directions. In my younger climbing/mountaineering days (Ok, OK A long time ago) I used to camp at a "woodland" site in this area, it was well known for the thinness of the soil cover over a layer of shingle and rocks. I suggest we should arm ourselves with some decent tent pegs and a hammer!! to allow for this possibility.Furry

I got a feeling this years is going to be somewhere between Betws and Conwy.
