It's looking to be a belter of a year in GP. Rossi has been "very very fast" in testing, Lorenzo is missing testing due to a hand injury, Stoner is right back on the pace, Haydon is quick too and Pederosa will almost certainly fall off again every time he leads a race. Added to that is the arrival of two 250 class headbangers with a lot to prove.

First race is on 11th April and I'll be glued to the box. Anyone else looking forward to it?
I'm not too sure about the Moto2 class yet... but time will tell.

More than anything else it will be interesting to see if, one year on, Mrs Stoner has actually started to look like an adult woman instead of looking like a confused schoolgirl stuck at the back of the team pit. Also, is it just me or is there a little sparkle between Suzi Perry and Colin Edwards every time she interviews him?

Trouble is Suzi Perry is not doing motogps anymore.
Ever the professional GC, looking at her eyes.
Seriously though She was ill last with an eptopic pregnancy and complications last summer thats why she was missing for 1/2 the season.
I still get my fix watching the gadget show.

Qatar 11 April - night race. Excellent prospect and SOOOOOOOOOO much better than tedious F1.

Points of interest regarding the previous posts:

i) welcome back Beeman not heard from you in a while

ii) GC and Jules actually have some common ground that, as yet, hasn't resorted to handbags*

Thanks Boyd
Not been away just having to work every hour god sends to make ends meet at the moment. Due to a bit of a financial cockup. Hope to be back to normal in about a years time. when I can get my life/work balance back into something like normal. Until then everything is on the backburner.
I am aiming to go to the dragon next year to celebrate not having to work 6O+hours a week.

I cant wait for the first race. For me Rossi is the best ever. Lorenzo would be next and will take over when Rossi retires but will never achieve the things that Rossi did. Stoner is good but just found a bike that suited him otherwise he would be  just another fast rider. I would love to see Haydon do well or at least beat his team mate. Ben Spies is about to supprise many people and I wouldn't be supprised to see him with the first 3 more than once this year. This new 600 class looks very good, I think there is only just over 1 sec between about 30 riders so Will Be some faring bashing going on there. BBC coverage is OK and its a pity Suzie is going. I find Steve Parrish OK but his sidekick should have stayed with touring cars.

Who was the bloke who used to commentate on Superbikes on Eurosport? I nearly died laughing the first time I heard him describe an off-track excursion as the rider "going feral"
