The details have been emailed to Mortons. Gareth (my brother) has offered to come along (with DR650) and Mark is bringing his usual Taffia entourage  ;)

Most of the free tickets have been claimed already, but I will offer any spares on a 'first come, first served' basis when I know how many are left over (and not before)

There won't be a theme to the stand this year, but we should have some more show banners ready by then so it won't be too spartan. If any of you exhibitors want to bring along some stuff to sell on the stand then that's good, it attracts interest. The usual coffee machine and nibbles will be there too.

I  volunteered my SRX 600 a couple of times already on this thread. I've been working hard to get it ready, now I may not have a ticket? Let me know please GC so I can make arrangements.

Leah, I'm sure you'll be ok for a ticket, don't worry, GC isn't the best of organisers but he gets there in the end.

Send the girl a ticket please! Given that we won't be fighting stand bikes off with a stick we need ALL the help we can get.

Calm down everyone. Yes a ticket can be found for Leah (and bike).

Let's just wait and see what the post brings from Mortons, we're in their hands at the moment.

Still waiting for tickets to arrive so no real news yet sorry.

Re. the camping, I will be taking my big blue tent to the show to use as a mess tent and there will be free tea and coffee available to all who want to put the kettle on. I will also be bringing bacon and rolls for breakfast on the saturday. If we can sort out a big pot of curry for the Friday night then we will bring that too.

Yes I'm a bit concerned too so I have just mailed Mortons again and I will ring them later today (when the sun comes up).

It always the case that when it gets to this stage there's a flap, some concerned phone calls and an embarrassed discovery that the tickets had arrived whilst you were at work.

Cheers

LOL! I got home and found the tickets had arrived!  :D :D :D :D

Always the bloody same eh?

Right, all exhibitors:

all exhibitors must send me the address to send their tickets to. These will be sent Recorded Delivery as soon as I get the address.

Let me know how many tickets you need.

I will send one vehicle pass (for your van etc.) per exhibited bike, let me know if this is too few/too many

Pronto!

Cheers
GC
