I will prepare a plot especially for you, is 6' deep enough because I know you Irish have wierd religious beliefs.

If Steffan comes along we can make an occassion of it.

There is the opportunity for a scenic ride up around the resov.. resorv... lakes into mid Wales or the classic racing in Pembrey or a combination of the two, maybe split into two groups if prefered.

Classic Racing at Pembrey is highly recommended, as is the route around the Abergwesyn Rd and back via the Elan Valley Mountain route.

Choices, choices, racing at Tonfanau is this weekend, and that is pretty good too.

Hi Mark, Sorry to be a pain but can I cancel the evening meals please. If the brekkies are included in the price sobeit, but if not, I'll give them a miss too.

Really pickie eater nowadays. 

Let me know about the brekkies so I know if I need to bring extra gruel.

To be fair to Pat, I saw him at the Caerphilly 10k run the other week and he's a shadow of his former self so whatever his diet is, he looks good on it. He's fast too
