And you will have them when it's taxed and warm enough for me to venture out on it......

That'll be sometime in July if the current weather forecast is to be believed.  :(

Yes, it's parky today isn't it?

Happy buyer has just taken the Arrow away so now have some room to get busy with the Norton.

Oh yes, very nice, and the proper colour for an Italian bike too!

Lovely job. I know quite a few V50 owners here in NI. Maybe I'm keeping bad company 😉

Wow Ian, Lee has done you proud with that paintwork. It looks a proper job esp the colour. I'm sure you must be "chuffed to bits".

I am indeed, very pleased.

Just filled it up with petrol and the RH carb is flooding so had to take the tank off again (very carefully). New needle valve & seat ordered.

The colour is VW Tornado Red which I chose after hours of looking at cars in showrooms. Slightly darker and less orangey than the Guzzi colour and I think it suits the bike nicely.

When I had my SRX paintwork done I asked Lee if he has any red in stock, he said he had some Triumph Red (pearlescent) which is what it is painted in. Unless I said I dont think anyone would know differently. It suits my needs and the bike perfectly

Couldn't agree more with you on that one Ian. The SRX looks lovely, credit to you and the painter.

I'd been trawling through the old posts hoping to find a local painter to do my XBR and Lee in Wednesfield is certainly local. Can Ian(s) let me have the contact details for Lee? Thanks.
Regards, Clive.
